The AHT10 sensor module represents a new generation of integrated environmental sensors, combining an improved MEMS capacitive humidity sensing element with a standard on-chip temperature sensor. It is driven by a dedicated ASIC which outputs fully calibrated digital signals in a standard I2C format, eliminating the need for external signal conditioning.
