The STTS75M2F is a fully-calibrated digital temperature sensor from STMicroelectronics, utilizing an on-chip band-gap temperature sensor and sigma-delta analog-to-digital converter. It communicates via a two-wire I2C/SMBus serial interface, making it straightforward to read temperature data with minimal microcontroller overhead.
Designed for reliability, the sensor features programmable 9- to 12-bit resolution (0.5°C to 0.0625°C) and includes a programmable temperature alert with hysteresis.
