It is designed for AIoT edge computing, sensor data acquisition, and control applications, compatible with Arduino IDE, ESP-IDF, and MicroPython.

The FireBeetle 2 ESP32-S3 (N4) is a feature-rich main control board built around the Espressif ESP32-S3-WROOM-1-N4 module. Its Xtensa® dual-core 32-bit LX7 microprocessor operates at up to 240 MHz, supported by 512KB SRAM and 4MB of Flash memory, providing substantial computational headroom for embedded IoT and low-power AI inference tasks. The board integrates a comprehensive power management system supporting lithium battery charging and hardware power control.
Its communication suite includes a 2.4GHz IEEE 802.11b/g/n Wi-Fi interface with Station, SoftAP, and mixed modes, alongside Bluetooth 5.0 LE and mesh networking capabilities. The extensive peripheral set includes multiple SPI, UART, I2C, and I2S interfaces, a dedicated GDI display connector, PWM channels, infrared transceivers, and 20-channel 12-bit SAR ADCs, making it a versatile hub for sensor networks and actuator control in industrial and prototyping environments.
