Description
The Nebulae Mini PCIe LoRa Concentrator Board is engineered as a core component for scalable LoRaWAN gateway deployments. Its architecture, centered on the Semtech SX1302 digital baseband processor, enables concurrent demodulation of multiple LoRa spreading factors across eight channels. This allows a single gateway to handle dense networks of end-devices operating in Classes A, B, and C, making it suitable for both uplink-dominant sensor telemetry and downlink-intensive actuator control.
Designed for industrial IoT resilience, the board operates across an extended temperature range and is powered from a single 3.3V to 5V supply. The integrated U.FL antenna connector supports standard LoRa antennas, while status LEDs provide immediate visual feedback on operational state. The combination of USB for host communication and SPI for direct microcontroller interfacing offers developers multiple pathways for integration into existing embedded systems or custom gateway designs.
