The Industrial Shields GateBerry is a hardened industrial gateway that leverages the Raspberry Pi 4 compute module as its core. It provides a reliable bridge between field-level sensors and actuators using RS-485 and CAN bus, and network-level systems via Ethernet, all within a DIN-rail mounted, surge-protected enclosure.
Engineered for continuous operation, the gateway features a regulated 12–24V DC input with built-in power conditioning and an uninterruptible power supply (UPS) to maintain data integrity during outages. Its open Linux architecture supports standard IoT protocols like MQTT and automation tools like Node-RED, enabling scalable deployments without licensing costs.
