At its core is the Espressif ESP32-S3R8, a dual-core Xtensa LX7 microcontroller capable of 240MHz operation, paired with substantial 16MB Flash and 8MB PSRAM for handling complex graphics and audio data.
This board features two capacitive touch-enabled round LCDs, each with a 240×240 resolution and 65K colors, ideal for creating engaging human-machine interfaces (HMI), smart wearables, or expressive robotic faces. Its integrated wireless subsystem supports 2.4GHz Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 5.0 BLE, enabling local and cloud-based IoT connectivity. The onboard ES8311 audio codec and ES7210 microphone ADC provide a complete audio pipeline for voice assistant and AI audio applications.
Designed for portable deployment, it includes a 3.7V Li-ion battery charging circuit with status indicator, a TF card slot for data storage, and a compact SH1.0 14-pin header exposing GPIO, I2C, and UART interfaces for sensor and actuator expansion. The Type-C USB port facilitates easy programming and power delivery.
