The LWC-GSM-MM-03 is a specialized GSM antenna assembly designed for 2G network applications requiring extended cable runs. It integrates a compact, anodized aluminum antenna element with a pre-attached 5-meter RG58 coaxial cable terminated with an SMA-Plug connector. This stub configuration provides the necessary impedance matching and physical flexibility for installations where the antenna must be positioned at a distance from the GSM module or gateway, such as on a mast or outside an enclosure.
Engineered for reliable RF performance, the antenna operates across the primary GSM-850/900 and DCS/PCS bands, delivering a consistent 4 dBi gain. Its linear polarization and omnidirectional horizontal radiation pattern ensure broad coverage for mobile data and SMS telemetry in IoT deployments, asset trackers, and remote monitoring systems.
