Description

The Arducam B01678MP PTZ Camera integrates a high-performance 8-megapixel Sony IMX219 sensor with a fully motorized lens assembly, bringing professional pan, tilt, and zoom capabilities to compact embedded systems. Its 2-lane CSI-2 interface ensures low-latency, high-bandwidth video streaming directly to the host processor on Raspberry Pi or Jetson platforms.

Designed for flexible deployment, the module includes a dedicated controller board that manages the servo motors for directional movement and the varifocal lens mechanism for optical zoom, all controllable via software commands. The inclusion of a software-controlled IR-cut filter allows the camera to adapt to lighting conditions, making it suitable for both daytime surveillance and low-light/night vision applications without hardware modifications.
