Description

The AI-Thinker Ai-WB2-13U is a highly integrated Wi-Fi and Bluetooth module designed for diverse Internet of Things applications. Centered around the powerful BL602 chip, it supports both Wi-Fi 802.11b/g/n and Bluetooth BLE 5.0 protocols, providing a comprehensive wireless solution for smart devices, mobile electronics, and industrial control systems.

The BL602 core features a low-power 32-bit RISC CPU, complemented by 276KB of RAM, which ensures efficient processing and ample memory for embedded applications. It offers a rich array of peripheral interfaces, including SDIO, SPI, UART, I2C, IR Remote, PWM, ADC, DAC, PIR, and GPIO, facilitating seamless integration with various sensors and actuators. Advanced security features like secure boot, ECC-256 signature support, QSPI/SPI Flash On-The-Fly AES Decryption, and a True Random Number Generator (TRNG) are built-in.

This module integrates Wi-Fi MAC/BB/RF/PA/LNA and Bluetooth components into a single SMD-18 package, simplifying PCB design and reducing overall system cost. It supports multiple sleep modes, with a deep sleep current as low as 12μA, making it ideal for battery-powered applications. Furthermore, the Ai-WB2-13U supports universal AT commands for quick setup and offers secondary development capabilities within Windows and Linux environments, accelerating product development cycles.
