Description
The Official Arduino Nano ESP32 represents a powerful fusion of the compact Arduino Nano form factor with the robust capabilities of the ESP32-S3 microcontroller, specifically integrated via the u-blox NORA-W106-10B module. This versatile development board is engineered for a wide array of embedded applications, offering significant processing power, integrated Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth LE 5.0 for seamless wireless communication.
At its core, the board features an Xtensa Dual-core 32-bit LX7 microprocessor, capable of operating at speeds up to 240 MHz, complemented by 384 kB of ROM and 512 kB of SRAM. This architecture provides ample resources for complex computations and real-time processing. The board maintains a standard 3.3V operating voltage, with power flexibility through USB-C (5V VBUS) or a VIN range of 6-21V, ensuring broad compatibility with various power supplies. Advanced power management features, including a 7 μA deep sleep mode, make it exceptionally well-suited for battery-powered and energy-efficient IoT deployments.
Peripheral support is extensive, offering 14 digital pins (expandable to 21 with analog functions) and 8 analog pins, many of which are available in RTC mode for power-sensitive applications. Communication is facilitated through standard interfaces like SPI, I2C, I2S, UART, and CAN (TWAI), providing connectivity for a diverse ecosystem of sensors, actuators, and external modules. The integrated 2.4 GHz antenna supports Wi-Fi and Bluetooth LE at speeds up to 150 Mbps, enabling reliable data transfer and network integration for connected devices.
