Description
The Waveshare Luckfox Pico Mini A RV1103 is a compact micro development board designed for diverse embedded applications, leveraging a powerful combination of processors and specialized units. It features a single-core ARM Cortex-A7 32-bit core with NEON and FPU for general-purpose computing, complemented by a built-in RISC-V MCU supporting low power consumption and fast start-up for specialized tasks.
This board integrates Rockchip’s self-developed 4th generation NPU, offering high computing precision with support for int4, int8, and int16 hybrid quantization, delivering 0.5 TOPS for int8 and up to 1.0 TOPS with int4. Additionally, it incorporates a third-generation ISP3.2, capable of handling 4-Megapixel input at 30fps with advanced image enhancement and correction algorithms like HDR, WDR, and multi-level noise reduction. Its powerful encoding performance saves over 50% bitrate compared to conventional CBR, ensuring high-definition images with smaller file sizes.
Equipped with built-in 16-bit DDR2 memory, the board can sustain demanding memory bandwidths. It also integrates essential components such as POR, an audio codec, and MAC PHY. The versatile integration of ARM Cortex-A7, RISC-V MCU, NPU, and ISP makes the Luckfox Pico Mini A RV1103 suitable for developing solutions involving machine learning, advanced image processing, IoT, and other resource-intensive embedded applications.
