Description
The Alinx AC7Z010 is a high-performance System-on-Module designed around the AMD/Xilinx Zynq 7000 SoC XC7Z010, seamlessly merging a dual-core ARM Cortex-A9 processor with powerful Artix-7 FPGA fabric. This architecture delivers an optimal balance of processing muscle and reconfigurable logic, making it suitable for complex embedded tasks requiring both software flexibility and hardware acceleration. Onboard memory includes 512MB of 32-bit DDR3 SDRAM and 32MB QSPI Flash, providing ample resources for operating systems, application code, and data storage.
With up to 148 user I/Os (48 PS MIOs and 100 FPGA I/Os), the AC7Z010 offers significant interface flexibility for integrating a wide array of peripherals and sensors. Its compact 35×42mm form factor and pluggable design simplify integration into custom baseboards, while the rugged -40°C to +85°C industrial operating temperature range ensures reliable performance in harsh environmental conditions. Powering the module requires a single 5V supply, streamlining power management. The AC7Z010 is an ideal foundation for developing compact, reliable, and scalable embedded systems in industrial, automotive, and vision-centric applications.
