XIYUAN ST31D20 Integrated Vibration & Temperature Sensor - 0-20mm/s, 4-20mA RMS, IP65
The XIYUAN ST31D20 is an industrial-grade integrated piezoelectric sensor that outputs both vibration velocity (0-20mm/s RMS) and temperature (-50°C to +300°C) via a standard 4-20mA current loop, designed for direct connection to PLCs, DCS, and SCADA systems.
Features
- Dual-parameter output for vibration velocity (0-20mm/s RMS) and temperature via integrated Pt100A sensor.
- Industry-standard 4-20mA RMS current loop output ensures robust, noise-immune signal transmission over long distances.
- High accuracy with amplitude non-linearity <2% and a wide operational frequency range of 10–1000Hz (±1dB).
- Rugged IP65-rated housing withstands harsh industrial environments and shock up to 2000g.
- Compact form factor (30mm x 55mm) with M8 or M12 connector compatibility for easy panel or machine integration.

The XIYUAN ST31D20 employs a piezoelectric sensing element to convert mechanical vibration into a proportional electrical signal, specifically measuring velocity within a 0-20mm/s RMS range. This signal is conditioned onboard and transmitted via a stable 4-20mA RMS current output, an industry standard for its immunity to electrical noise and voltage drop over long cable runs. Simultaneously, an integrated Pt100A platinum resistance temperature detector (RTD) provides accurate temperature monitoring from -50°C to +300°C, enabling comprehensive machine health analysis.
Engineered for demanding industrial settings, the sensor operates reliably within an ambient temperature range of -40°C to +85°C and is sealed to IP65 standards, protecting against dust ingress and water jets. Its robust construction can withstand mechanical shock up to 2000g, making it suitable for high-vibration applications like rotating machinery, fans, pumps, and compressors. The compact, cylindrical design facilitates installation in space-constrained locations.
