Description

The Waveshare ESP32-S3 Development Board (Case A) is a feature-rich AIoT platform centered on the Espressif ESP32-S3R8 microcontroller. Its dual-core Xtensa LX7 CPU, running at up to 240 MHz, is paired with substantial 8MB PSRAM and 16MB Flash memory, enabling advanced applications like voice recognition, real-time sensor fusion, and graphical interfaces. The integrated 3.49-inch IPS touchscreen provides a high-quality visual output and direct user input channel.

Wireless connectivity is handled by the chip’s native 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 5.0 stack, supporting both station and access point modes for versatile IoT network topologies.
