Description
The Teltonika RUTX14 is engineered as a high-performance industrial cellular router, built to deliver mission-critical connectivity where reliability and speed are non-negotiable. Its core is driven by a quad-core ARM Cortex-A7 processor clocked at 717 MHz, paired with 256 MB of RAM and 256 MB of flash memory, providing the computational headroom for complex routing, VPN tunneling, and security protocols. The router leverages LTE Advanced Pro Cat 12 technology, utilizing carrier aggregation to achieve peak download rates of 600 Mbps, making it suitable for data-intensive applications like video surveillance backhaul or large-scale SCADA system updates.
Designed for resilience in extreme conditions, the RUTX14 operates across a wide temperature range from -40°C to +75°C and is housed in a rugged, fanless aluminium enclosure with DIN-rail mounting options. Its power architecture accepts a broad 9–50 V DC input via a 4-pin industrial connector, with power consumption optimized from under 4W at idle to a maximum of 22W under full load. The integrated dual-band Wi-Fi 5 (802.11ac Wave 2) access point supports MU-MIMO for efficient client handling, while five Gigabit Ethernet ports with VLAN support enable robust wired network segmentation. Built-in GNSS (GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, BeiDou, QZSS) provides precise location services for asset tracking and geofencing applications.
