The FCS-03 flow switch operates on a reliable reed switch mechanism, which is actuated by the movement of an internal magnet suspended in the fluid stream. This design ensures a hermetically sealed switching element, providing excellent isolation from the media and enabling dependable detection of flow presence or absence with minimal pressure drop.
Engineered for durability, the sensor’s white PPS housing offers high chemical resistance and thermal stability, making it suitable for applications involving hot and cold potable water, as well as air. Its any-axis mounting capability provides flexible installation options in confined spaces within control panels, machinery, or fluidic systems.
