The PX06 Human Infrared Sensor operates on the passive infrared (PIR) principle, detecting changes in thermal radiation patterns caused by moving human bodies. It is engineered for direct series connection with 220-240V AC loads, such as incandescent, LED, or fluorescent lighting fixtures, eliminating the need for separate low-voltage power supplies or relay modules.
Its integrated circuitry provides stable signal conditioning, with user-adjustable potentiometers for setting the activation delay after motion ceases and the ambient light threshold at which the sensor becomes active. The flame-retardant plastic housing and 360° rotational mount allow for flexible, secure ceiling installation in corridors, stairwells, warehouses, and storage areas.
