Description

The Official Arduino UNO R4 WiFi marks a pivotal evolution in the Arduino UNO series, transitioning from the traditional 8-bit AVR architecture to a powerful 32-bit Arm Cortex-M4 microcontroller. This iteration integrates an ESP32-S3-MINI-1-N8 module, endowing the board with native Wi-Fi and Bluetooth capabilities, significantly expanding its potential for connected projects while retaining the widely recognized UNO R3 form factor and pin configuration, ensuring compatibility with existing shields and projects.

Engineered for enhanced performance, the UNO R4 WiFi operates at 48 MHz and boasts substantially increased memory, featuring 256 kB of flash, 32 kB of SRAM, and 8 kB of EEPROM. A dedicated logic level translator (TXB0108DQSR) ensures reliable communication between the primary RA4M1 MCU and the integrated ESP32-S3, optimizing performance for complex applications.
