The HLK-LD6002 module is built around the ADT6101P chip, which incorporates a complete 57–64GHz RF transceiver system. It utilizes Frequency-Modulated Continuous Wave (FMCW) radar principles to detect minute movements caused by chest displacement from breathing and heartbeats. The module processes the reflected radar echo with embedded algorithms to extract real-time respiratory and heart rate frequencies.
Designed for robustness, the module operates effectively in various environmental conditions. Its compact form factor and secondary development support via reserved I/O ports and communication interfaces make it suitable for integration into a wide range of embedded systems and final products requiring discreet, non-invasive vital sign monitoring.
