After printing, gently remove supports and rinse the model under running tap water for about 3 minutes to remove excess resin. Use a soft brush for intricate areas if needed. Avoid leaving prints submerged for extended periods to prevent water absorption and potential softening. Ensure prints are fully dry before post-curing.

For optimal mechanical properties, post-cure prints using a 405nm UV curing light. Curing times typically range from 2 to 5 minutes, depending on the UV power and part thickness. Ensure all surfaces are exposed evenly. Over-curing can lead to brittleness, so test small parts first.

While formulated for 405nm curing, UltraCraft PAWW10 is specifically optimized for HeyGears UltraCraft Reflex and Reflex RS printers for best performance. It may work with other 405nm LCD/DLP printers, but exposure settings will require calibration and may vary significantly to achieve optimal results.

Store the resin in its original opaque bottle, tightly sealed, in a cool, dry, dark place away from direct sunlight or UV light exposure. Keep it at room temperature, ideally between 15-30°C. Proper storage extends shelf life and prevents premature curing or degradation of the material.

Never pour liquid resin down drains. Uncured resin is an environmental hazard. Curing any residual liquid resin under strong UV light until it solidifies makes it safe for disposal with regular household waste. Clean tools with isopropyl alcohol, and dispose of contaminated IPA properly.
