Figaro Engineering LPM2610-D09 Butane and Propane Gas Sensor Module
The Figaro Engineering LPM2610-D09 is a pre-calibrated, low-power gas sensor module designed for residential LP (Liquefied Petroleum) gas alarm systems. It integrates a selective TGS2610-D00 sensor with temperature compensation, operating from a 5V DC supply for easy integration into safety monitoring devices.
Features
- Factory calibrated for iso-butane (1250±100ppm) at 20°C/65% RH, eliminating end-user calibration.
- Features a selective TGS2610-D00 sensor with an alcohol filter for minimal interference gas response.
- Integrated temperature compensation circuit with a built-in thermistor and adjusted load resistor.
- Low-power operation with a 5.0V ±0.2V DC heater supply and 56±5mA heater current.
- Compact, RoHS-compliant module designed for reliable residential LP gas alarm manufacturing.

The LPM2610-D09 module simplifies the design and production of residential gas alarms by providing a fully calibrated and compensated sensing solution. At its core is the TGS2610-D00 metal oxide semiconductor (MOS) sensor, which is specifically filtered to provide a highly selective response to butane and propane gases while minimizing sensitivity to common interferents like alcohol.
The module includes a precision temperature compensation circuit that combines a built-in thermistor with an individually calibrated load resistor, ensuring stable sensor performance across varying environmental conditions. This integrated approach delivers a reliable, analog voltage output proportional to gas concentration, ready for direct interface with alarm threshold circuits in 5V logic systems.
