Description

The EByte E07-433M20S is a professional-grade sub-1GHz RF transceiver module built around the highly configurable Texas Instruments CC1101 IC. It provides a complete wireless physical layer solution for developers requiring reliable, medium-to-long-range data links in the 433MHz ISM band. The module integrates a power amplifier, offering a default 10mW output with the capability to be software-configured for up to 100mW (20 dBm) transmit power, significantly extending line-of-sight range for telemetry and command/control applications.

Designed with power efficiency as a core principle, the module supports multiple low-power modes, including a 2 µA sleep state, making it ideal for solar-powered or battery-operated IoT edge devices.
