The Fermion ICP-10111 breakout module integrates TDK’s advanced ICP-10111 MEMS capacitive pressure sensor, engineered for ultra-low power consumption and high stability. Its core sensing principle utilizes a MEMS capacitor whose capacitance changes with applied pressure, translated into a precise digital signal via an integrated ASIC.
This sensor features a built-in temperature sensor for real-time thermal compensation, ensuring pressure readings remain accurate across its full operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. The I2C interface with a default address of 0x63 simplifies integration into a wide array of microcontroller-based systems for data logging and control applications.
