Description

The Argon EON case is engineered to convert your Raspberry Pi 4 (not included) into a versatile 4-bay Network Attached Storage (NAS) device. This BYO-NAS solution features four SATA hard drive ports, accommodating two 3.5-inch SATA HDDs and two 2.5-inch SATA HDDs/SSDs simultaneously, or four 2.5-inch drives. With a maximum rated capacity of 18TB per drive bay, the Argon EON supports a substantial total storage of up to 40TB, allowing for extensive data backup, media serving, and personal cloud deployment.

Constructed from high-quality, space-grade aluminum, the Argon EON ensures both structural rigidity and efficient thermal management. The aluminum body acts as a large passive heatsink, complemented by a built-in 60mm fan that provides active cooling for both the Raspberry Pi and the installed hard drives under heavy loads. The enclosure also integrates essential features like a multi-function power button with safe shutdown capabilities, an OLED display for system status, a Real-Time Clock (RTC) for scheduled operations, and convenient rear access to the Raspberry Pi’s 40-PIN GPIO and SD card slot.
