The Ai-WB2-07S module integrates AI-Thinker’s BL602 chip, a cost-effective SoC combining a 32-bit RISC-V processor, Wi-Fi MAC/BB/RF/PA/LNA, and Bluetooth LE 5.0 radio into a single 17x16mm SMD package. It provides a complete RF subsystem with on-chip power amplifier and low-noise amplifier, simplifying PCB design for space-constrained IoT products.
Engineered for low-power operation, the module supports multiple sleep modes, enabling long-term deployment in battery-powered sensor nodes and remote monitors. Its comprehensive security suite includes secure boot with ECC-256, AES hardware encryption/decryption, SHA hashing, and a true random number generator (TRNG), meeting requirements for secure device provisioning and data transmission in commercial applications.
