The SHTC3-TR-2.5KS from Sensirion is a next-generation humidity and temperature sensor IC based on the company’s proven CMOSens® technology. This sensor combines a capacitive polymer sensing element for humidity with a band-gap temperature sensor, both fully calibrated and temperature-compensated via an integrated ASIC. The digital I2C output provides excellent signal integrity and simplifies system design.
Engineered for reliability and long-term stability, the SHTC3 is housed in a robust DFN package, making it suitable for demanding applications. Its low power consumption and wide supply voltage range (1.62V to 3.6V) make it ideal for portable, battery-powered devices as well as industrial monitoring systems requiring precise environmental data.
