The HS-S40B utilizes an omnipolar Hall effect integrated circuit to sense magnetic fields. Unlike unipolar switches, it triggers its digital output in the presence of a sufficiently strong magnetic field of either polarity, simplifying alignment in applications. The module includes onboard signal conditioning for a stable digital output.
Designed for embedded electronics and prototyping, the module features a 2.54mm pin header footprint alongside a PH2.0 4-pin connector for flexible wiring options. Its compact form factor and pre-drilled mounting holes allow for secure mechanical integration into enclosures, robotics, or industrial control systems.
