The GB10-T40 safety light curtain creates an infrared protective field to safeguard personnel around hazardous machinery. Utilizing 40 synchronized infrared beams at a 950 nm wavelength, it detects any intrusion within its 390mm high, 10mm resolution field. Upon beam interruption, it outputs a safety signal via its PNP/NPN solid-state or relay outputs (configurable) to initiate a machine stop (OSSD).
Engineered for harsh industrial environments, the sensor features an IP64 enclosure resistant to dust and water splashes. Its high immunity to ambient light (10,000 Lux) and stable operation across a -10°C to +55°C temperature range ensure reliable performance in diverse factory settings. The integrated cables (Emitter: 3.3M, Receiver: 7.3M) facilitate straightforward installation into existing control panels.
