The YHY502CG RFID module is based on a non-contact reader ASIC chip utilizing 600nm CMOS EEPROM technology. It operates at 13.56 MHz and supports secure, encrypted contactless communication at data rates up to 106 kbps. The module handles the complete RF base station protocol, requiring only simple UART commands from a host controller for read/write operations, simplifying integration.
Designed for low-power operation, the module integrates analog modulation and demodulation circuits, requiring minimal external components.
