The 5.8GD05Z radar sensor employs continuous wave (CW) Doppler radar principles at 5.8GHz to detect motion based on frequency shift in reflected signals. This high-frequency operation allows it to sense movement through non-metallic barriers like glass, wood, and thin walls, making it suitable for concealed installations. The integrated microprocessor analyzes the echo reflection to trigger a relay output, activating connected loads such as lights or alarms.
