The MPX5050DP is a dual-port, differential pressure sensor utilizing a monolithic silicon piezoresistive MEMS transducer. Its patented shear stress strain gauge design, combined with advanced thin-film metallization and on-chip bipolar signal conditioning, provides a highly stable and accurate analog voltage output proportional to the applied differential pressure.
Fully calibrated and temperature compensated from -40°C to 125°C, the sensor maintains a maximum error of ±2.5% Full Scale over the 0°C to 85°C range. The durable epoxy unibody construction and fast 1 ms response time make it suitable for demanding applications in dynamic systems requiring reliable pressure feedback.
