This all-in-one fingerprint sensor module combines a capacitive sensing element, a Cortex-based processor, and onboard firmware implementing a high-security commercial fingerprint algorithm. It handles the complete biometric workflow—from image acquisition and feature extraction to template generation, storage, and matching—internally, requiring only simple serial commands from a host controller.
