Description
The Heltec Automation Automation LoRa ESP32 OLED Development Board is a feature-rich IoT prototyping platform designed for developers building long-range, low-power wireless sensor networks. At its core is the Espressif ESP32, a dual-core Tensilica LX6 processor running at 240MHz with integrated 802.11 b/g/n Wi-Fi and dual-mode Bluetooth (Classic & BLE). This is paired with a Semtech SX1262 LoRa modem operating in the 868/915MHz ISM bands, delivering high sensitivity (-139dBm) and configurable output power up to +20dBm for robust communication in challenging environments.
The board is engineered for rapid development, featuring a pre-soldered 0.96-inch OLED for visual feedback, a CP2102 USB-to-serial converter for seamless firmware flashing, and a LiPo battery charging management circuit supporting 3.3V to 7V input. With 32MB of flash memory, an IPEX connector for the included spring antenna, and full Arduino library support, it accelerates prototyping for smart agriculture, remote telemetry, asset tracking, and other LPWAN applications.
