Description
The E77-900M22S module from EByte integrates a powerful STM32WLE5CCU6 system-on-chip, which features a 32-bit Arm Cortex-M4 core paired with a Semtech SX126x-series LoRa transceiver. This all-in-one design eliminates the need for an external microcontroller, simplifying hardware design and reducing the bill of materials for LoRaWAN end-node devices. The module operates across the 868-930MHz frequency band, making it adaptable for various global sub-GHz ISM bands.
Engineered for low-power operation, the module supports multiple deep sleep modes, significantly extending battery life in field deployments where energy harvesting or infrequent data transmission is required. Network configuration and data transmission are managed entirely through a straightforward AT command set via its UART interface, allowing developers to integrate it quickly with host systems or use it as a standalone LoRaWAN communicator. The compact 14x20mm form factor and dual IPEX connector or stamp hole antenna options provide flexibility for different PCB layouts and enclosure designs.
