Description

The EByte E220-400M33S is a compact SMD LoRa module engineered for demanding industrial IoT and telemetry applications. It leverages the Semtech LLCC68 transceiver, integrating a high-efficiency Power Amplifier (PA) and Low Noise Amplifier (LNA) to achieve exceptional link budget and signal stability across the 410-493MHz ISM band. This architecture ensures reliable data transmission in noisy, long-range, or obstructed environments.

With a flexible 3V to 5.5V supply voltage and 3.3V logic level SPI interface, the module is compatible with a wide range of host processors, from low-power MCUs to single-board computers. Its ultra-low power consumption profile, featuring a deep sleep mode drawing just 1µA, makes it ideal for solar-powered or battery-operated sensor nodes requiring years of autonomous operation.
