The EByte E07-M1101D-SMA is a purpose-built 433MHz FSK wireless module engineered for reliable, short-range data transmission in IoT and M2M networks. Its core is the proven Texas Instruments CC1101 low-power sub-1GHz transceiver, which handles all RF signal processing, modulation, and packet handling. The module communicates via a standard SPI interface, allowing developers to configure operating parameters, channel selection, and data rates (0.6k to 500kbps) directly from a host microcontroller.
Designed for integration, the module features a compact DIP form factor and includes an SMA-K female connector for attaching an external 433MHz antenna, which is critical for achieving the specified 0.6km maximum range. Its robust electrical design supports a 3.3V power supply and operates across an industrial temperature range of -40°C to +85°C, making it suitable for deployment in challenging environmental monitoring, industrial telemetry, and smart home automation scenarios.
