Description

The Alinx AXU2CGB Development Kit delivers a production-ready embedded computing platform built around the adaptive AMD Zynq UltraScale+ MPSoC architecture. This SoC merges a high-performance application processing unit (APU) with dual-core ARM Cortex-A53s, a real-time processing unit (RPU) with dual-core Cortex-R5s, and a flexible 16nm programmable logic (PL) fabric. This heterogeneous design enables hardware-accelerated algorithms, real-time sensor fusion, and low-latency control loops critical for advanced IoT edge nodes.

Engineered for system-level integration, the board provides extensive connectivity and memory resources. The processing system (PS) hosts Gigabit Ethernet, USB 3.0/2.0 ports, UART, and a PCIe Gen2 interface for high-bandwidth expansion. The programmable logic side exposes two 2-lane MIPI interfaces for direct connection to high-resolution cameras or displays, facilitating computer vision pipelines. Power is supplied via a single 12V input, with on-board regulation for all required voltage domains.
