The nRF9151-DK is a comprehensive single-board development kit designed for evaluating and building applications on Nordic Semiconductor’s nRF9151 System-in-Package (SiP). It consolidates LTE-M, NB-IoT, GNSS, and DECT NR+ wireless technologies into a single, pre-certified platform with global band support, simplifying the development of low-power, wide-area IoT solutions.
Powered by a 64 MHz Arm Cortex-M33 processor with 256 kB RAM and 1 MB Flash, the kit provides substantial processing headroom for embedded applications. Its integrated Segger Segger on-board debugger facilitates seamless firmware flashing and real-time debugging via USB, which also supplies power. The kit comes pre-loaded with the Serial LTE Modem application for AT command control and is fully supported by the nRF Connect SDK and development tools.
