The WIZnet WizFi360-EVB-Pico is a versatile development board specifically engineered to combine the capabilities of the powerful RP2040 microcontroller with the reliable WizFi360 low-power Wi-Fi module. This integration creates an ideal platform for designing and prototyping various Internet of Things (IoT) devices, offering seamless 2.4GHz 802.11 b/g/n wireless communication with robust security features like WPA_PSK/WPA2_PSK encryption.
Leveraging the dual-core ARM Cortex-M0+ processor of the RP2040, clocked at up to 133MHz, along with 264KB of multi-bank SRAM, the board delivers ample processing power and memory for complex embedded applications. It includes 2MB of onboard Flash for program storage and supports external Quad-SPI Flash with eXecute In Place (XIP). The board’s design incorporates a Micro-USB B port for both power and data, along with a 3-pin ARM Serial Wire Debug (SWD) port, ensuring straightforward development and debugging within the familiar Raspberry Pi Pico ecosystem.
