The Alinx AC7Z020 System-on-Module (SoM) is a powerful and highly integrated solution centered around the AMD Zynq 7000 SoC XC7Z020. This module combines a dual-core ARM Cortex-A9 processor, running at speeds up to 767 MHz, with Xilinx’s Artix-7 FPGA fabric. This unique architecture delivers a flexible platform that seamlessly merges software programmability with efficient hardware acceleration, making it suitable for a broad spectrum of demanding industrial, automotive, medical, and communication applications.
Equipped with 1 GB of 32-bit DDR3 SDRAM and 32 MB of QSPI Flash memory, the AC7Z020 SoM provides ample resources for operating systems and complex application code. Its versatile I/O options, including 48 PS MIOs and 100 FPGA I/Os, ensure extensive connectivity for peripherals.
