Description
The NXP Semiconductors MCX-N9XX-EVK Evaluation Kit is a comprehensive development platform engineered for rapid prototyping and evaluation of the MCX N94, N54, N53, N52, and N24 series microcontrollers. At its core is the MCX-N947 microcontroller, featuring dual Arm Cortex-M33 cores operating at up to 150MHz each, which provides a balance of high performance and power efficiency suitable for industrial automation, IoT, smart sensing, and edge computing applications.
This kit integrates an on-board MCU-Link debugger with an advanced energy monitoring circuit, streamlining debugging and power optimization. It offers a rich set of connectivity options including Ethernet, High-Speed and Full-Speed USB, CAN, microSD card support, and a 64Mbit QSPI Flash. For enhanced versatility, the board includes multiple expansion interfaces such as Arduino (FRDM), mikroBUS, PMOD, FlexIO/LCD, and Tamper Pin headers, facilitating broad hardware development possibilities.
The MCX-N9XX-EVK also incorporates essential on-board sensors, including a temperature sensor, a 3-axis accelerometer, and an ambient light sensor, enabling rapid development of sensor-driven applications. Memory expansion is robust, supporting pSRAM, OctalFlash, HyperRAM, and microSD, all designed for seamless integration with the MCUXpresso Developer Experience.
