The SOPN-200 employs a precision strain gauge bridge mounted on a rotating shaft to provide accurate dynamic torque measurement. The sensor is installed inline via couplings, with the stationary housing containing the signal conditioning electronics and the internal shaft rotating with the drive. This configuration allows for continuous, real-time monitoring of torque, rotational speed, and calculated mechanical power in both rotational directions.
Advanced signal processing ensures high accuracy and excellent zero stability, with integrated calibration, zeroing, and digital filtering functions accessible via the RS485 interface. The compact, stainless-steel construction provides excellent mechanical stability and environmental durability, making it suitable for integration into space-constrained industrial automation, test stands, and precision drivetrain applications.
