The SHT45-AD1B-R2 builds on Sensirion’s CMOSens® technology, integrating a complete sensor system—including a capacitive humidity sensor and a band-gap temperature sensor—on a single chip. This monolithic design ensures excellent signal quality, long-term stability, and high precision, making it suitable for the most demanding applications.
Operating from -40°C to 125°C and 0% to 100% relative humidity, the sensor delivers reliable measurements even in harsh or condensing environments. Its extended low-voltage supply range and exceptionally low idle current of 80nA make it ideal for power-sensitive portable and wireless IoT nodes.
