The SHT31-DIS-F2.5KS utilizes Sensirion’s proven CMOSens® technology, which integrates a capacitive polymer humidity sensor and a band-gap temperature sensor on a single CMOS chip. This monolithic integration provides superior signal conditioning, high reliability, and minimal cross-sensitivity. The sensor delivers fully calibrated, linearized digital outputs via the I2C fast-mode interface.
Engineered for demanding applications, the sensor features outstanding long-term stability and fast response times. Its wide supply voltage range from 2.4V to 5.5V and low power consumption make it suitable for battery-operated devices.
