The Seeed Studio Studio XIAO nRF52840 Sense is a highly integrated, power-efficient development platform centered on the Nordic Semiconductor Semiconductor nRF52840 system-on-chip. It combines a capable 64 MHz ARM Cortex-M4F processor with floating-point unit, comprehensive Bluetooth 5.0 Low Energy and NFC wireless stacks, and critical onboard sensors—a 6-axis inertial measurement unit and a digital microphone—into a miniature 21 x 17.5mm footprint. This convergence of processing, connectivity, and sensing makes it an ideal hardware foundation for embedded machine learning (TinyML), wearable tech, and low-power IoT nodes.
