The RunCam 5 is a purpose-built action camera that bridges the gap between high-definition recording and First-Person View (FPV) drone applications. Its core is the Sony IMX377 sensor, capable of capturing 12-megapixel stills and video across multiple resolutions including 4K@30fps, 2.7K@60fps, and high-speed 1080p@120fps. The 145° wide field of view ensures immersive footage that captures the full scope of the flight.
Engineered for the FPV community, the camera’s 38x38x36mm dimensions and 56g weight make it a negligible addition to a drone’s payload. The housing is constructed from high-intensity, German-made polycarbonate for impact resistance, while the lens is shielded by Corning Gorilla Glass 3.
