Description
The Reyax RYS8833_LITE is a compact, high-performance GNSS module engineered for applications where power efficiency and reliable positioning are critical. It leverages the Sony CXD5605AGF GNSS engine, which integrates a low-noise amplifier (LNA), SAW filter, and temperature-compensated crystal oscillator (TCXO) to deliver high sensitivity and stable operation even in urban canyons or dense foliage. The module’s architecture includes built-in digital noise filtering and a spectrum analyzer, actively mitigating interference to maintain a solid satellite fix.
Designed with a 1.8V core logic, the RYS8833_LITE is perfectly suited for direct connection to modern low-power MCUs without requiring level shifters. Its ultra-low 3.7mA idle current dramatically extends battery life in always-on tracking devices, wearables, and remote sensors. The module outputs standard NMEA sentences over its configurable UART interface, with a default baud rate of 115200 bps, ensuring straightforward integration into existing firmware stacks for Arduino, ESP32, Raspberry Pi, or other embedded platforms.
