These characteristics ensure that printed parts exhibit superior resistance to deformation and wear. Furthermore, with a low water absorption rate of 0.41% and a Heat Distortion Temperature of 57-75°C after UV post-treatment, parts maintain dimensional stability even in challenging environments.
The resin’s optimized viscosity of 150-350cps ensures consistent flow and reliable printing across a range of LCD and DLP 3D printers operating at a 395-405nm wavelength. Post-processing involves a standard alcohol rinse to remove uncured resin, followed by thorough UV curing.
