The Pixy Pan and Tilt Mechanism is a servo-driven motion platform designed to extend the tracking capabilities of Pixy smart vision cameras. By providing independent pan and tilt axes, it allows the fixed-field-of-view camera to actively follow moving objects, making it ideal for robotics, automation, and educational computer vision projects.
This kit is supplied as a user-assembled package, featuring a laser-cut acrylic base and standard hobby servos. It is engineered for low-power operation, drawing current directly from the Pixy module’s USB connection, simplifying system integration. The included “hello world” demo and built-in PixyMon support enable developers to implement object tracking without writing low-level servo control code.
