This all-new MINI CC3D GPS Module provides essential satellite navigation capabilities for compatible flight controllers in a highly compact form factor. Engineered specifically for the CC3D Revolution, Mini CC3D Revolution, and Nano Revolution series, its super mini size and minimal weight make it particularly well-suited for 250-class FPV racing multirotors where space and mass are critical considerations.
The module incorporates an OEM internal u-blox 7 series chip core, ensuring reliable and accurate positional data acquisition for flight control systems. Pilots should note that due to its ultra-compact design, there is no integrated LED indicator, necessitating an OSD for status monitoring. Additionally, to ensure stable operation and prevent power delivery issues, it is recommended to connect the GPS module with a dedicated BEC at the same time as its primary power supply.
Integration is straightforward with its pre-terminated CC3D original plug. The pin configuration for connection is clearly defined: Black for GND, Red for +5V, Blue for TX, and OrangeRX for RX. This allows for direct interfacing with the UART port on compatible CC3D Revolution series flight controllers, enabling various GPS-dependent flight modes.
